United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: Free on all orders (3-5 business days)
  • Express Delivery: GBP 7.95 (1-2 business days)
  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 2pm ship same day

Europe

  • Standard Delivery: GBP 12.95 (5-7 business days)
  • Countries Covered: EU member states, Norway, Switzerland

EU Customers (July 2026 onwards): All packages delivered to EU countries incur a EUR 3 customs duty fee at delivery (EU regulation). VAT may also apply. These fees are collected by the delivery courier and are separate from your order total.

Returns

We want you to love your fragrance. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: 30 days from delivery (EU customers have 14-day statutory right)
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging with seal intact
  • Refund Method: Full refund to original payment method
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return postage (unless item is faulty)
  • Processing Time: Refunds issued within 5 business days of receiving return
